All use of the Artsplatters.com website is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Website Use: Browsing or using Artsplatters.com is voluntary and at your own risk. No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy or completeness of content. If you are dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
2. Artwork Sales: All artworks are sold as-is. No returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is damaged in shipping. Proof of damage must be provided.
3. Copyright & Reproduction: Upon completion of a sale or commission and full payment, the artist (Anna Kader) retains copyright and all reproduction rights. No artwork may be reproduced for private or commercial use without written permission. The artist may use or sell reproductions of any sold work.
4. Commissions: If the client refuses a commissioned piece, the artist retains the deposit and ownership of the artwork, free of any claims by the client.
5. Shipping: Orders ship from Brooklyn, NY. Local pickup is available. Artist is not liable for shipping delays. Support will be provided for claim processing.
6. Care of Artwork: Avoid direct sunlight. For resin-coated pieces, display under recessed or halogen light. Framing prints is recommended to prevent damage.
7. Changes to Service: Prices and services may change at any time without notice. The artist is not liable for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuations.
8. Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal action must be filed in Kings County (Brooklyn), NY.
